Roscoe Medical offers a very competitive benefit package to our employees. Unless otherwise specified, each benefit begins 30 days following date of hire. You will be able to enroll in medical and dental insurance plans. These insurance coverage options are available for you and your eligible family members.

Employees can also participate in a Flexible Spending Account. Set aside money on a pre-tax basis for certain medical expenses, and/or the costs of dependent care (day care).  Each account may defer up to $2,400 per year toward medical expense and $5,000 per year toward dependent care.  You may use the Flexible Spending Account to pay for vision and hearing care, deductibles, co-payments, and other expenses not covered by a medical and dental plan (subject to IRS approval).  Certain child and eldercare expenses are eligible under the Dependent Care account.

Employees are also offered a competitive 401(k) plan that includes a company match and a large number of investment choices to meet your needs. You will be eligible to start contributing 30 days after you start working at Roscoe Medical.

Roscoe Medical provides life insurance to employees. In addition to the company provided life insurance, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance coverage for you and/or your eligible dependents.
